Both using its own resources and cooperating with partners, KANEX PROJECT performs the following types of work:

1. Preparation of technical assignments for the implementation of integrated engineering surveys in accordance with the requirements of Federal Autonomous Institution "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia" (State Expert Review Panel).

2. Organization and implementation of integrated engineering surveys and examinations comprising:

  • geodetic engineering survey;
  • geological engineering survey;
  • environmental engineering survey;
  • hydrometeorological engineering survey.

3. Audit and quality control of the results of completed integrated engineering surveys.

4. Support during the expert review of the results of integrated engineering surveys.

Technical Examination

Technical examination means a process involving control, testing, analysis and evaluation of structures, grounds of their foundations in order to determine performance characteristics of structures, predict the future behavior of structures.

Examination of buildings and structures state can be integrated and technical.

The scope of work includes a technical survey of existing building structures and foundations or their parts in order to:

  • determine whether industrial buildings are fit for normal operations;
  • identify defects and damages in the building structures (for example, due to force, corrosion, temperature or other impacts, including uneven subsidence of foundations) that can reduce strength, deformation parameters of structures and worsen the operational conditions of the building as a whole;
  • substantiate increase in the operation loads and impacts on load-bearing building structures in case of re-planning and modernization of the building or its part;
  • substantiate reconstruction of buildings, even in cases not accompanied by increased loads;
  • determine deformation of supporting ground.

The following works are being performed as part of the technical examination:

  • Visual and instrumental examination:
    • technical examination of buildings and structures with drawing conclusions and giving recommendations on its further operation;
    • detailed (instrumental) examination;
    • pre-project examination of buildings and structures before reconstruction;
    • thermal-imaging diagnostics of structures;
  • Measuring works:
    • inventory, engineering and architectural measurements.:
  • Laboratory tests of building materials and structures:
    • concrete and reinforced concrete;
    • metal.
      • Drawing up a report on the survey results, including an assessment of the current technical condition of buildings and structures, as well as recommendations on the development of design and working documentation.
